In this workshop, you will learn a foundational process for finding freedom and clarity to better discern God's voice by learning the step by step skills of cleaning up your own mind. Participants will grow in clarity, grit, and resilience.

About the Workshop

If you want to be transformed and start living God’s plan for your life, the journey starts within.

This workshop is an introduction to The Reason Cycle - the step by step process used in Catholic Mindset Coaching in our parish to help clients clean up their minds and hear God’s will more clearly in their lives. You will achieve clarity through the God given gift of reason.

The Reason Cycle is a process enabling you to grow aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. As you notice how they are impacting your life, you can hold them to the light of truth, and decide how you will think going forward to live a life of greater purpose and virtue.
