Do you have a habit you want to change in 2025? This workshop will help you go beyond behavior change. It will focus on getting to the root of the reward pairings that are keeping you stuck in undesired habits. With these insights, you can build emotional resilience and conviction to persevere in the habits you want.
Join us on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 9-11am., in the Church Conference Room to explore the rewards you perceive from an unwanted habit. You will start to erode the reward pairing and make it less enticing to go back to the unwanted habit. Lastly, you will build a new reward pairing for a better habit.
