Celebrating Dave Ross
Longtime parishioner and volunteer Dave Ross officially retired.On November 19, 2024, Divine Mercy Pastorate staff and some of his close family members celebrated his work. After reflecting on his history with St. Maria Goretti, it was a morning filled with joy and nostalgia.
Dave started our Pastoral Care Program and has had the pleasure of visiting parishioners at hospitals and nursing homes weekly for years. As a parishioner since 1962, he has trained hundreds of altar servers, led piano sing-alongs, managed the parish’s historical archives, and so much more.

On Sunday, December 8, 2024, parishioners of the pastorate were invited to enjoy coffee and donuts and honor his work. Our community shared an outpouring of love and appreciation for his service.We will miss you, Dave!
